Hamcamp lies along the shores of Hammersley Inlet in Mason county Washington in an area generally known as South Sound, or South Puget Sound. It was purchased in March of 2010.

The home was constructed in 2001 on a foundation and frame that was at one time the garage of the home immediately next door. The square footage of the house is approximately 1150. The square footage of the deck is approximately 650. The home has single bath with 2 bedrooms and a bonus room.

It sits on a point in a small bay and is bordered by a year round stream on one side and the neighbor home on the other. 200 yards behind the house and away from water is the only other neighbor. The site offers both seclusion and protection.

The size of the lot is 1.7 acres which is comprised of about a 1/4 forested land and the rest is house, lawn and waterfront. There is approximately 100′ of salt water waterfront and 400′ of ‘stream-front’. The western property line runs about 50′ beyond the general path of the stream. The incline to the salt water beach is mild and (with proper preparation) you can launch your water-toys directly from the property.
